Thessaloniki Bioclinic – part of the BIOIATRIKI group
The Thessaloniki Bioclinic (formerly Galinos Clinic) is housed in a privately owned thirteen (13)-floor building at the junction of Mitropoleos and Morkentaou Streets in the centre of Thessaloniki, covering a total area of 4,580 m2. It has a capacity of 150 beds, complete state-of-the-art medical equipment and solidly-trained scientific staff.
As soon as the clinic became part of the BIOATRIKI Group, a complete re-organisation at the level of both infrastructure and operation was planned and implemented in accordance with the strict specifications and quality standards of the Group. The operating theatres and the ICU were completely re-designed and constructed by the multinational company SORIMA HOSPITAL DEVELOPMENT. The outpatient departments, nursing and other communal areas were re-constructed to the highest standards, using modern building and technical materials.
The medical equipment was replaced and complemented with new, specialised and state of the art medical machinery: A Philips Brilliance CT 64-slice CT scanner, a Philips 1.5 Tesla MRI scanner, a Philips Integris CV12 Cath Lab system , and a GE Senographe 2000D digital mammography system.
All services and departments were fully staffed with medical, nursing and ancillary personnel with a view to upgrading the clinic as part of our ongoing efforts to continually improve the level of health services provided.

With a sense of responsibility towards its oncology patients, the Thessaloniki Bioclinic has created a specialised Oncology centre with the support of a team of highly-qualified oncologists. The high standard of treatment is complemented by the systematic operation of the Oncology Council, with the physical presence of doctors from all necessary specialties, depending on the case.
